Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

PitRivals is a social and statistical platform designed for the SimRacing community. It allows users to create communities ("Pits"), join them, and participate in automated rankings based on their real simulator performance.

Driver profiles and performance cards

When you create an account and link iRacing, PitRivals synchronizes your official race results and driver data to provide a public driver profile and calculated performance cards. Official cards are public; provisional cards are visible only to you. These scores are PitRivals estimates, not official iRacing ratings. Showing your Pit memberships does not give a Pit ownership or exclusive rights over your driver profile. See the Privacy Policy for data use and your rights.

3. User Obligations

When creating a Pit or interacting on the platform, you agree to:

• Not use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal language in community names or descriptions.
• Do not use names of brands, companies, or registered entities without authorization, nor in any way that may cause confusion or imply impersonation.
• Not impersonate other drivers, eSports teams, or content creators.
• Link only legitimate social media accounts under your control.

We reserve the right to rename or delete any Pit that violates these rules or is harmful to the community.

4. Service Availability

PitRivals is provided "as is" and "as available". As we depend on official iRacing APIs, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If the external API undergoes maintenance, data synchronization may be temporarily affected.
